OFD, LLC owns commercial real estate in Fairbanks, Alaska. The company invests in property here at home and partners with Fairbanks Commercial Properties to lease and manage it. That local focus shows up in how tenants are treated and how quickly things get handled when something needs attention.
Today the company holds two cornerstone Fairbanks properties: a 66,000 square foot industrial site on Helmericks Avenue and a 17,000 square foot office building downtown on Barnette Street. Together they give local businesses a real choice between heavy use industrial space and professional office space, from the same trusted owner.

A Fairbanks based business owner, he oversees the company's properties and works closely with the team at Fairbanks Commercial Properties on leasing and day to day management. His focus is simple: own good buildings, keep them in good shape, and treat the businesses that lease them well.
